Registration

Conference registration is centrally handled by the Demaco, d.o.o., ink conferences Congress Agency via an online registration formYou will receive a confirmation of your registration on the indicated email address after completing the registration form and  settling the invoice for the designated registration fee. Various options for payment of the registration fees are available and explained more in details in the section »Payment details« below.

Deadlines

Abstract submission deadline for oral presentations:  18th March 2024
Information about abstract allocation:  5th April 2024
Early-bird registration – fee payment:  15th April 2024
Abstract submission deadline for poster presentations: 22nd April 2024
Registration fee payment deadline for including the abstract in the final program:  29th April 2024

* If you wish to claim the student fee, please submit together with the registration a copy of your student identification card during the registration process.  

**Accompanying persons will not be able to attend scientific sessions and will not get conference materials. Welcome party, lunches, excursion, and gala dinner are included.

Credit cards

Visa, Mastercard, and Eurocard payments are accepted. Detailed information is provided in the online registration form.

If you wish to settle and pay the registration fee via bank transfer, please complete the form and click on Bank transfer payment, your will receive pro-forma invoice immediately after completing the registration form. Once the payment will be received, you will be informed by email confirming your registration together with official invoice for the payment.

Important notes

A registration is valid and confirmed only when the payment of the registration fee is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or alter the program. In case of vis major/force majeure or of any other unpredictable event for which the organizer cannot be held responsible, an administrative fee of 50 € will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, 80% of the participation fee is returned if cancelled by 20th April 2024. After this date, a refund is possible only if approved by the organiser in individual cases.

The conference program may be subject to change.

Registrations remain valid if the event has to be postponed.

The express intent of cancellation must be received in writing (per e-mail addressed to helena.skutnik@ink-conferences.com)
